Stop the Churn

There are times in life that are filled with applause and celebration and other times that are full of silence. When I look at what has been going on in the world, I see that the greatest danger in the world is not ignorance but assumptions.  Some may view them as the same thing, but they are not ignorance is far more acceptable than assumptions. When a teacher walks into a class room or a new boss into a an office or a new student into a group. The dangerous group or individuals, most prone to endangering any progress of relationship building and thus progress, as those with assumptions rather than those who are plainly ignorant.  When I am in a relationship, be it with a new friendship or a family member, the danger to our relationship is the actions and words that are spoken based on ones assumptions. Assumptions hold that we are supposed to understand things outside what is presented.  The missed expectations are amplified and become catalyst to disassociation.  ...

We all desire rights and laws that protect us, security is a right that is often not possessed.  The constitution of Zimbabw e begins with a preamble; which includes a number of declarations. A segmented outline of the preamble as required to emphasise this write up is as follows: “We the people of Zimbabwe, United in our diversity by our common desire for freedom, justice and equality, and our heroic resistance to colonialism, racism and all forms of domination and oppression …. Todays world

Todays world  Have you taken a moment to embrace change in our sphere of life. Embrace reflects a point of acceptance and peace, or are you so angry at what is around you. Do you hate the change that has taken your ability to see anything good going on. Toxic lifestyles can be changed, one day at a time.  It's unique that while societies crumble and seek to adjust to the change brought by the pandemic, while newnesses fills the air and the daily routine is broken, While families seek to plan their daily programs and maintain sanity. Others are using the change to progress. Before you hod the world accountable, before you fight every wind that blows, real or imagined. take a breather and open your eyes, you are alive. You have an opportunity to change the world, you have a purpose. jump around and count the gifts that you have from what seems silly to the greatest biggest thing. Breath, enjoy and embrace life, those around you and the hope that all of this represents...
