We all desire rights and laws that protect us, security is a right that is often not possessed.  The constitution of Zimbabw e begins with a preamble; which includes a number of declarations. A segmented outline of the preamble as required to emphasise this write up is as follows: “We the people of Zimbabwe, United in our diversity by our common desire for freedom, justice and equality, and our heroic resistance to colonialism, racism and all forms of domination and oppression …. Transitioning management of companies from old youthful horses to young people across all sectors   The first lesson of getting into management is that no one is irreplaceable, so you have come into a job what is left is your move out. This should not be a bad thing. Movement in companies reflects growth and progress. If there is personal stagnation there is generally loss of potential institutional growth. The death of  Ahmaud Arbery  is a testament of the evil in individuals. The evil that is celebrated in some communities as self defence. Defence against something undeserving, something, different indeed something that should be relegated to the back of beyond.  The religious community around the world addresses such events with a call to prayer and teach them while young, teach children values and morals, right and wrong. Yet these men who killed another are moral men in the eyes of their community, they are protectors of right and wrong as defined by them. The source of our action   The greatest gift any person may give another is themselves. To give off oneself requires sacrifice, it's more than the action of determination, it's more than the connivence of the moment it's the act of love that denies instant gratification for eternal significance through the joy of another.   Some parents are seen expressing that love to their own, some children reciprocate with a love of commitment and passion. Yet for many the love of self becomes an idol they refuse to compromise outside their “own," many claim to be givers yet will with ease abuse a stranger, some will claim forgiveness for their own and hate to any “other”.   Is it truly possible to be that split, to have such destructive and restorative power working in one and the same.
